Reset Spa Package
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic health care system and recognises that each of us are individuals and as such we all required something a little different to experience a feeling of physical, mental and emotional well-being. This brought about our decision to put together this nourishing spa package.
Your RESET package includes an Ayurvedic consultation with our doctor, who will assess your prominent doshas and any imbalances. She will recommend diet, exercise and lifestyle changes to help you on your journey towards a greater feeling of well-being.
You will also receive a traditional Abhyanga Full Body Massage, using herb-infused oils to relax the body, ease tension and enhance an overall feeling of well-being. This treatment will be unique and tailored to you, following the recommendations from your consultation.
As well as two hours with our doctor and therapists you will have time to relax in the warmth of our spa area. Enjoy our heated pool, sauna and steam room. Ayurveda particularly recommends a visit to the steam room after your massage, as this continues to remove toxins from the body and increases the cleansing experience.
Also included within your reset package is a 2-course set vegetarian meal. This meal is high in Sattvic qualities making it easy to digest, and promoting a feeling of comfort and lightness within your body. At TOR we offer a communal lunch setting as this interaction with others can help to balance mind and emotions and is very much in keeping with the traditions of Ayurveda.
Following your visit to us you will also receive a follow up email from our Ayurvedic doctor, reminding you of the key from your consultation, as well as information on your Dosha/s.
