Pizhichil
Your body’s M.O.T. (Also recommended for general weakness)
In India this process would be traditionally carried out once a year to prevent premature ageing, keep the body fit and healthy and boost immunity.
Two therapists working in perfect synchrony will pour warm medicated oil over your whole body for 30 - 40 minutes. Then they will follow with a gentle body massage. The oils will be prescribed for any specific ailments or corollation of your dosha balancing.
