Feel prana (life energy) circulate and de-stress you, with this deep, thorough, meditative massage designed to open the nadis (breath channels), and harmonise the seven charkas governing the endocrine and immune systems. Helps maintain a sense of emotional and psycho-physiological balance.

Udwarthanam

A procedure primarily to melt away subcutaneous fat and obesity-related problems. It also helps blood circulation. The body is then massaged with various specially prepared herbal powders. (Recommended for slimmers and women with cellulite.)

Swedhams

Recommended for certain types of muscular and nervous ailments or specifically for arthritis and allied complaints.
Small muslin bags containing prescriptive herbs/herbal powers are heated either dry or soaked in oil to a constant temperature and rubbed over the whole body and/or specific areas.

Pizhichil

Your body’s M.O.T. (Also recommended for general weakness)
In India this process would be traditionally carried out once a year to prevent premature ageing, keep the body fit and healthy and boost immunity.
Two therapists working in perfect synchrony will pour warm medicated oil over your whole body for 30 - 40 minutes. Then they will follow with a gentle body massage. The oils will be prescribed for any specific ailments or corollation of your dosha balancing.
