What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma therapy is a unique method of complete detoxification and is believed by Ayurvedic practitioners to be the most effective system ever developed for the management and prevention of disease.
The purpose of any treatment in ayurveda is to keep the doshas in their natural equilibrium or rhythm. Generally this is achieved through a cleansing process as it eliminates aggravated or unbalanced doshas from the body and also eradicates any disease or imbalance permanently, without leaving the chance for relapse. This is where the concept of panchakarma comes into its own.

medical doctor in Sree Ramakrishna and as a consultant physician in
Marari Beach Resort, Alleppey.
