From Canterbury
Take the A257 road to Sandwich. You will go past Canterbury Golf Club on your route to Littlebourne. You need to drive down the hill at Littlebourne passing the recreation ground and the village shop on your left. You will then see the Anchor Inn on your right hand side. Take a left at the junction, sign posted Ickham and Wickhambreaux. Travel for about a mile. The road runs parallel with the Little Stour River. You will pass a white Mill before you come to a right turn sign posted Drill lane. Turn right into it, go up it, and turn left at the top. Travel a further 30 metres and at the junction turn left again. You will see the TOR sign as you drive off from the junction on the right.
From the A2
Take Bridge turnoff and turn left at the first junction. Make for Patrixbourne, Bekesbourne. Take the first left at the pancake roundabout, sign posted to Littlebourne. You will pass Howletts Zoo on your way into the village ofLittlebourne. At the junction you will see The Anchor Inn on your left handside. Ahad, slightly to the left a road is the road you need to take. This is Nargate Street, drive along it for about a mile. The road runs parallel with the Little Stour River. You will pass a white Mill before you come to a right turn sign posted Drill lane. Turn right into it, go up it and turn left at the top. Travel a further 30 metres and at the junction turn left again. You will see the TOR sign as you drive off from the junction on the right.
From Herne Bay on A291
Head towards Sturry and turn left for Fordwich. Turn left at Stodmarsh Road and make for Wickhambreaux. When you reach Wickhambreaux, you will see The Rose Inn on your left hand side. Keep going, passing a white Mill on your right hand side. 50 metres from the Mill you will see a junction on your left sign posted Wickham Lane. Travel up it till you reach the corner at the end. Before the corner will be the TOR junction on your left.
From Thanet on the A28
Near Upstreet, turn left for Grove Ferry and make for Wickhambreaux. When you reach Wickhambreaux, you will see The Rose Inn on your left hand side. Keep going, passing a white Mill on your right hand side. 50 metres from the Mill you will see a junction on your left sign posted Wickham Lane. Travel up it till you reach the corner at the end. Before the corner will be the TOR junction on your left.
From Thanet on the A256 / A251
Head towards Sandwich, then at the Sandwich roundabout turn right for Wingham. Drive through Wingham heading for Littlebourne. As You exit Wingham you will pass The Railway Farm Shop on the left hand side. About 100 metres after that will be a right turn, sign posted Ickham. If you pass a Jet Petrol Station you have gone too far. Drive along the road for about a mile and you will enter Ickham. The village pond will be on your left, then the church on your right, then The Duke William Pub on your left. Down the slight hill, being careful around the corner. Go past the large Cedar tree and the road bares round to the right. On the right will be the TOR sign.
