• A healthy vegetarian lunch (Half day and mini spa do not include lunch)

Relax Package - £135

Traditional Ayurvedic treatments that express all the vital elements that assist in de-toxing, regenerating, uplifting, balancing and refining.
• Abhyanga (includes head massage and steam bath)

Revive Package - £135

Salt exfoliation followed by deep, thorough, meditative massage, designed to open nadis, releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the body and mind.

TOR Spa Day - £65

• Use of robe, towel and flip flops.
• Use of our super heated pool, sauna, steam room and relaxing lounges.
• A healthy vegetarian lunch, fruit and herbal teas, filtered water and juices.

Half Day (3 hours) - £35

Three hours use of the Spa Facilities. Any treatments must be taken within the alotted time. Half Day Spa is available between 9.30am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-4.30pm. Tuesday to Friday only. Lunch is not included.

Mini Spa (1 hour) - £20

One hours use of the Spa Facilities. We provide you with a robe, towel and slippers for your use.
